At Zayden Adventures, we aim to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a simple and transparent return and refund process.

Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] with your order details and reason for return.

Return Approval
Once your request is received and reviewed, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your return. Approved returns will include instructions for sending the item back to us. Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Refunds
After your returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. If you paid via cash on delivery, we will arrange a suitable refund method upon confirmation.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items such as personal care products, customized goods, or items marked as final sale cannot be returned.
